If you have an existing Bonus Bucks card, you will want to make sure to transfer your old card balance to your NEW 2017-2018 OHL Bonus Bucks Benefits card. This will ensure that you are included in the 2017-2018 promotions, such as a chance to WIN FREE GAS FOR A YEAR, VIP fan experiences, official team merchandise and more! 

To transfer your old Bonus Bucks card, to your new 2017-2018 OHL Bonus Bucks Benefits card, here is what you will need:


Bonus Bucks Card or
a 2016-17 OHL co-branded team card

1. Your old Bonus Bucks Card (the card number can be found on the back of the card)



2017-18 OHL Bonus Bucks Card


2. Your NEW 2017-2018 Bonus Bucks Card (the card number can be found on the back of the card).

Please note that the Bonus Bucks card will be co-branded with the team logo associated with the Season Ticket Holder's account.

Once you are ready, you can follow the steps to replace your old card with your new card. 

Option 1: If your NEW card is NOT registered.

You can register the new card and set up the transfer by following the steps below:


  • Visit the "Member Login" page (the link is at the bottom of this list of step-by-step instructions)

  • Click the "Replace My Card" link on the top left of the page (located in the light blue banner on the left side of the page).

  • Enter your New Card number (16-digit) and the 6-digit password on the back of the card (beside the card number, scratch/peel the grey box to reveal).

  • Enter your Old card number (16-digit) and the password you created when you registered the old card.  If you do not know the password, you can call Pioneer Customer Service at 1-800-263-3594 to have your password reset.

  • Once you submit, you will see your information on the screen.  Please make any changes to your profile as needed, enter a password for your New card and verify your email address.  Once you click Submit, the transfer of funds will be set up and will be completed within 24 hours.

  • Click here to go to the Member Login page


Option 2: If your NEW card is already registered:

 You have to login your OLD account and transfer the balance to the new card.

  • Visit the "Member Login" page (the link is at the bottom of this list of step-by-step instructions)

  • Enter your 16-digit OLD bonus bucks card number and the password you created when you registered the card.  If you do not know the password, you can click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link to use the automated password recovery feature or call Pioneer Customer Service at 1-800-263-3594 to have your password reset.

  • Once you are logged in your OLD account, 
    • Click the ‘Transfer Bonus Bucks’ left on the left of the page.

    • Enter the NEW registered bonus bucks card number.

    • Check the ‘Amount to Transfer’ checkbox and enter the balance on the card as shown on the top of that screen OR check the ‘Percentage Amount’ checkbox and enter 100 to transfer your complete balance to the NEW card.

    • Once you click Transfer, the transfer of funds will be set up and will be completed within 24 hours.
